- Owner Web Portal: We utilize a project management online platform to keep you informed every step of the way. This includes daily logs, project photos, important documentation and selection confirmation. This recorded interaction creates accountability to deliver results!
- Owner Required Meetings: Routine onsite meetings will keep you connected and informed every step of the way. Meeting notes and action items are recorded and executed so you can rest assured we have everything covered.
- Construction: The best homes are built with a talented management team and quality trade partners. Using a high-quality build methodology along with quality trade partners ensures the finished product will exceed your expectations.
- Final Walkthrough and Handover: After construction is complete, a final walkthrough is conducted with the client to ensure everything details is on point. Once final adjustments are made, we hand you the keys to your brand-new home!
- We Aren’t Going Anywhere: We schedule a 60-day follow-up to address any items that are found after move in. Lastly, we are only a phone call away to handle warranty requests and guide the maintenance of your home.
